I dreamed a dream,

That one day you would be mine.

I dreamed a dream,

That one day you would say you love me.

I dreamed a dream,

That one day you would wrap your arms around me.

I dreamed a dream,

That one day I would kiss your sweet face.

I dreamed a dream,

That one day you would never leave me.

I dreamed a dream,

That one day we would be happy.

I dreamed a dream,

That one day every dream would be mine.
